FreshSNAP offers a comprehensive state-wide advisory service, acknowledging the differences and challenges experienced in the different regions of Western Australia.
In March 2024, the FreshSNAP team visited Pegs Creek Primary School in Karratha, thanks to support from the Fortescue Community Grants Program.
FreshSNAP Senior Project Officer Alex and Program Manager Aisling met with the schools Health and Physical Education teacher Sarah, to identify bite-sized actions the school could take to support a whole-of-school approach to creating a healthier food and drink environment.
