Ingredients

  • 1.25 L milk
  • 2 bananas (preferably frozen)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 5 tbsp plain or vanilla flavoured yogurt

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth and creamy.
