This unit introduces students to the importance of healthy food and drinks for optimal performance and wellbeing. Students explore their own food and fluid intake in relation to the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating. Additionally, students learn about food preferences, how these can differ and how their body signals hunger and thirst.
