Ingredients
- 2 cup self raising flour
- 1 ¼ cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1 tbsp Vegemite
- 1/2 cup cheese, grated
Method
- Preheat oven to 180ºC and line a baking tray with paper.
- Mix flour and yoghurt to form a smooth ball and knead.
- Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to a 30cm x 25cm rectangle. Spread margarine and Vegemite and grated cheese. Roll up from long side and cut into 3cm thick slices.
- Place cut side up onto tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
