  • 2 cup self raising flour
  • 1 ¼ cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tbsp Vegemite
  • 1/2 cup cheese, grated


  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC and line a baking tray with paper.
  2. Mix flour and yoghurt to form a smooth ball and knead.
  3. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to a 30cm x 25cm rectangle. Spread margarine and Vegemite and grated cheese. Roll up from long side and cut into 3cm thick slices.
  4. Place cut side up onto tray.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
