  • 1 pack soba noodles (dried)
  • 1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup wombok, finely shredded
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cup spring onions, finely sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red capsicum, finely sliced
  • 1 cup frozen edamame, thawed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds to garnish


  1. Place noodles into boiling water for 4 minutes. Once cooked, drain & rinse under cold
    water. Place into a mixing bowl.
  2. Whilst the noodles are cooking, finely shred red cabbage & wombok. Grate carrot, slice
    capsicum and spring onions and dice cucumber and add to mixing bowl with noodles and edamame.
  3. Combine soy sauce, honey and sesame oil to a small screw top jar, shake well.
  4. Pour dressing over noodle mix and sprinkle sesame seeds on top to serve.
